When purchasing an audio program from this website, am I purchasing a physical CD or a digital file?

You are purchasing a digital file of the audio program in .mp3 format.  The .mp3 format is a universally used format for audio, and can be played on any device including your computer, iPhone, iPad and many other devices.

How do I receive the digital file of the audio program?

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email from us which includes a special link to download the audio program(s) that you purchased. Download the digital audio file(s) to your computer so that you can listen to it an unlimited number of times.

How do I download and save the digital audio file from the link in your email?

For Mac Users:

Save the digital audio file by holding the control button while clicking on the link and select “Save Link As”. Save the file to your desktop.

For PC Users:

Save the digital audio file by right clicking on the link and select “save as”.  Save the file to your desktop.
